Highschool Can Be A Drag.

For all of you girls who can't lose those extra 10-20 pounds, Lexa is here to help.
Forget all those expenses, and sneaking around behind your parents back, I'm here to tell you what you can do for free. I'm one of you girls, so don't feel alone in this endless struggle.
YOUR PLAN TO LOSE THE WEIGHT.
step one: cut your calorie intake to 1,200 a day.
step two: daily exercise is nessary.
step three: each morning wake up, make yourself a cup of green tea, and swallow it down plain, it'll revv up your metabolism for the day.
step four: eat regularly to feed your metabolism, just think small.
ex. mott's applesause. 50 cals.
Jello sugar-free pudding. 60 cals.
eight carrots. 38 calories.
a grapefruit. make 200ish. but also revvs metabolism.
Luna bar. 180 calories.
all natural popcorn from orville. 100 cals
100 cal packs.
step five: read the labels. Know your body only burns 45 calories an hour sitting still. This will help put your eating into perspective.
step six: straighten your back, suck in, and roll your shoulders back. Breathe evenly in and out. Do this whenever, it helps tighten your abs.
step seven: need to fit into that really tight dress of your, a cold shower will cause your muscles to contract to avoid the cold, making your body temporarily leaner.
step eight: always take the stairs. Hey those 5 hershey kisses you stole from to front desk are our little secret.
step nine: turn on some bad rap. ie. cyclone, baby bash. yummy, gwyen stefani, swing, savage and more. Dance sexily. Burns calories and helps self esteem.
step ten: this sounds obvious, but go to the bathroom if you need to, when your bodys emptier, you look better.
step eleven: Don't puke anything up. Workout instead. You'll feel better and prouder.
step twelve: no seconds, avoid bread rolls, cut back on salad dressing, eat actual serving sizes and no more.
step thirteen: if you have the munchies reach for either a stick of gum or celery. Celery is so crunchy you burn almost everything you are eating, and chewing gum burns 100 calories an hour.
step fourteen: get off the couch. If you are doing stuff you are both burning calories and much more likely to eat less.
step fifteen: bye bye sugary drinks. Have water, and maybe milk once a day. Vitamin water with your lunch..150 calories that you didn't need.
